Overview

Utilnivo provides free online tools that run in your browser. This policy explains how information is handled in the current version of the site.

Tool inputs and files

Current tools process text, numbers, and files locally in your browser. Inputs and files you provide are not uploaded to Utilnivo servers for processing, and they are not stored by Utilnivo. Downloads are created on your device using temporary browser object URLs.

Some tools load open-source libraries or models into your browser (for example, PDF, image, or grammar libraries). Those assets are used on your device and do not send your content to Utilnivo.

A small number of tools may download model or library assets from a third-party CDN into your browser on first use (for example, on-device background removal). Your images and other inputs are still processed locally and are not uploaded to Utilnivo.

Optional conversion services (for example, LibreOffice-based Word to PDF) may receive a file only for conversion and delete it afterward. Those tools disclose the upload on their page when the service is configured.

Local storage and logging

Tools do not require an account. The current version does not intentionally store tool inputs in localStorage or cookies, and it does not log sensitive user inputs on a server.

Cookies

The current version of the site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. A cookie notice may store a simple preference in your browser (for example in localStorage) so the banner does not appear on every visit. If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies later, this policy will be updated.

Future updates

This policy may change if analytics, advertising, AI APIs, or other external services are introduced. If that happens, this page will be revised to describe what data is collected, whether any tool inputs leave your browser, and how that data is used.
